Very important, the booking will become effective when the client receives the CONFIRMED BOOKING e-mail.

To confirm the booking a deposit up to 40% of the total price could be asked.

In case of cancellation 100% will be refunded as long as it is made more than 30 days before the check-in date; 80% will be refunded if the cancellation is made with less than a month and more than seven days before the arrival date; 40% will be refunded if the cancellation occurs between seven and three days before the arrival date. During the last three days before the check-in date there will be no refund.

In case you’d like to cancel a booking, Casa Ulloa would appreciate an e-mail to contactar@casaulloa.es with the subject CANCELACIÓN DE LA RESERVA/ BOOKING CANCELLATION, the holder’s name and the dates for the booking.
